I've got this underneath my header. When I look at the Page Header page, there are no snap-ins or Link Groups active. I wouldn't mind the message (understanding that it doesn't show up when not logged in), but it leaves a white gap of a place holder and it's messing up my design work. Any suggestions on how to find where to deactivate this Link-Group thing?

I just put in a support request about this same thing (I think it's the same problem).  Anyway, if I get a good answer, I'll be sure to let you know.

you may need to go to the theme editor and remove any snapins that were put in place for that particular page; if they have no contents. I dont remembert exactly, but I think thats what we did to remove it

 

I couldn't find the link groupo anywhere. Finally, I was able to just delete it from the live design mode.
