1st Mate Tech:Can I control the ability to not allow orders from Countries with a bill/ship to outside of the US or Canada?
Yes, you can restrict this. The setting is under Stores > [Active Store] > Store Settings. The 5th section 'Shipping Information' has options there to control shipping outside of regions. If you click on the 'i' information icons, you'll find details on this.
