We are just getting set up with Americart and I'm either having problems locating a true CRM system or Americart does not have one. Our old (current) ecommerce platform has a true CRM where we can create and track customer service tickets. In fact, our staff is required to use the CRM for all customer and vendor communications to ensure that responses are timely and no customer is waiting for someone to come on shift to give them information that they shoud have been sent hours before. It's really nice when everyone is working from the same pool of information.
What is everyone using for a CRM? Is there a third party solution that works well with americart?
