Is there any plan to add the Quickbooks integration as part of the base cost of the system? This is a very important reporting tool and having it as part of the system rather than an add-on would be nice.

No plans currently as this is a standalone piece of software that requires its own support and developers, thus the fee is primarily covering the cost of maintenance.  Its something that many customers need, and as it grows in popularity it will gradually lower in price as demand for it increases and the support load decreases.

The fee is $299 one time, and a $60 annual maintenance (free the first year).  So really its only costing about $5 a month.  I know every dollar counts, but this is a small fee for the extent of help this product provides.

The tool is very straightforward, the only thing that takes time is mapping your products one-to-one to a Quickbooks item.  We are looking for ways to automate this in the future.

Since I have over 15,000 items, is there an easy way to add all items as a single item (Merchandise sold)? I do not need to track each item in quickbooks as much as I need to get all sales information into quickbooks.
