I have set up custom shipping options for different regions and different prices for numbers of products.

How do I get the custom shipping methods drop down box to show up in the shopping cart?

Do I need to check the shipping calculator box? Does something need to be added in the  custom html part?

There is probably something really basic that needs to be done, but I have spent quite a few hours trying to determine what I need to do and thought I would just ask for help.
