I have created two global price calculators.  The first appears to map to all products while the second is ignorred.  How do I get products to use the second and/or (since I like second better) how do I simply delete the first one?  There is no "delete" at the naming "pull-down box" level.  And simply deleting the pricing rules does not appear to change anything.  Many Thanks!
