    Better Documentation?

I know I've heard that documentation was gonna be worked on for sometime.  I'm still not seeing much change in the knowledge base or online/inline help on the admin side.  Can someone please update as to when this will begin getting fixed?  The system is so vast that its so hard to know what to change and where to find it on the backend.  More intensive training videos on various subjects would be a great help as well.

    Re: Better Documentation?

    Hello Peg,

Thank you for taking the time to voice your issue.

We've made several changes on the documentation front, some of the important ones being:

    • Restructuring the navigation for easier access and better organization of the knowledgebase articles.
    • Updated several of the older knowledgebase articles (that is still a work in progress, but many have been updated)
    • Added many new knowledgebase articles and we continue to add atleast 3-5 knowledgebase articles on a weekly basis.
    • Pop-up help on the admin side is being populated with a brief description and being linked to more detailed knowledgebase articles. (ongoing)

It is certainly a work in progress and still being worked on. Given that you have voiced concern over this, I would think these changes/updates have not translated to what you were expecting or need.

I would appreciate any feedback/list of knowledgebase articles that you need (on a priority basis) so we can prioritize those knowledgebase articles and address immediate needs from your perspective.

Video training is being lined up. They are not yet in production, but we do have them coming up and we'll keep you posted on the timeline as soon as we have a date.

I truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to getting a priority list of articles so we can add to the documentation based on what you need on a priority basis.

Thank you for your time and help with this,
