Is there a way to only have select Manfactures in this list? I have hundreds of manfacturers but I want just 5 - 10 to show up in the column. Thanks

The best way to handle this is to make either a custom Link Group in the Site Explorer and add the links to the manufacturers, or make a Custom HTML snapin and add the links. There's currently no way to limit visibility of specific manufacturers for the manufacturer snapin though.
