I am running the trial.  I have had a shopping cart with another company for nearly 8 years and am looking to upgrade.

I have a lot of pages outside of the shopping cart and have currently uploaded a banner to my existing shopping cart so that it matches the theme of the rest of my pages.  

I've been trying to do this simple step to americommerce for 20 minutes with no luck.  I've managed to upload the banner image that I would like to display but cannot seem to get it to save in using the snap in (I see that the file has been uploaded but it will not insert the file name into the snap in form)

Please help.  So far, I'm finding the interface not to be very intuitive.

From the top menu in the admin, click Themes > [theme name], then from the left menu click Page Header.

From there, you can add an image to the Custom HTML area that is there by default, or add additional HTML snapins.  There is a picture icon on the top of the HTML editor for inserting an image, much like Word.
