    Issuing a refund to a customer

    I had incorrectly set up the shopping cart to tax shipping and now must issue a refund to a customer.  I can find nothing in help or the knowledge base that outlines how to issue a refund to a customer.  Please let me know how this is done, as a customer is requesting a refund immediately.

    Brian, immediate responses would probably be best served through support tickets.

    However to handle a refund you would use the Order Edit page and reference the transaction ID for the charge that is listed on the page and add a negative amount on the credit card and click Save / Settle.  This will be handled like a refund with the card processor.
