Today, I changed something and can no longer see our category lists (thumbnails, prices, etc.). They were showing up just fine before today. We have gone over instructions (which we thought we understood until today) and theme settings (search and catalog), but cannot figure out what we did wrong. Please help.

I checked your categories and you had only a few products showing on the site.   Under Store Settings you had "Hide zero variant inventory" checked.  When I un-checked it your products returned.  This is a new setting for some variant inventory control.  I will have the developers review this function and document it better.
