I am new to this shopping cart software and have a question about child products. The child products are not showing up with the parent product. I have the parent set to "Sell items individually, parent is info only" . I have 5 child products grouped with it for the five sizes. But, when I go to the preview mode, only the parent shows up. I would like there to be a list below the parent that shows the 5 sizes along with their item numbers and prices. I don't have any of the boxes checked on the "advanced pricing matrix" area since I did not want a matrix, just a listing vertically of the 5 child products. Is there something I need to check in one of the theme settings or other areas?

If you are still having problems after reviewing it, could you provide us with the product's URL, or at the very least, the product's item number?

 

I figured it out eventually. I had to add "show product group" in the custom html part of the product details page. I'm not sure that the directions mentioned doing this.
